This Privacy Policy explains how ACE — Artist Control Engine ("ACE", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the platform.

1. Information we collect

Account data: your name, email, and management company. Roster data: the artists you manage. Biometric/voiceprint data: audio you submit and the derived voiceprint vectors used for matching. Usage data: scans, detections, and the decisions you record.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the service: to enroll voiceprints, run audio-fingerprint detection, surface matches, and maintain your audit trail. We do not sell your data or use voiceprints for any purpose other than providing detection to you.

3. Voiceprints & biometric data

Voiceprints are derived numerical representations used solely for matching. They are stored securely and scoped to your account. You may delete an artist and its voiceprints at any time, which removes the associated biometric data from active use.

4. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure and detection-compute providers strictly to deliver the service, and when required by law. Detection across partner sources is performed by an ACE-managed content-ID engine.

5. Retention

We retain account and detection records while your account is active and as needed for your audit trail. Deleting your account removes your roster, voiceprints, and personal data, subject to limited legal retention obligations.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from Settings, or by contacting us. Because voiceprints are biometric data, we honor deletion requests promptly.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
