How manual scanning works
Upload a clip and ACE compares it against your artists' private voiceprints. Each
artist's voice is stored as a private fingerprint with a tamper-evident record. A strong
match is flagged for your review before any takedown, and a confirmed match can be turned
into a paid licence. The voice fingerprint never leaves your registry — deleting an
artist removes it.

How live scanning and cost work
Detection API keys are not required: public platform APIs cannot fingerprint audio for
voice-clone detection. ACE performs detection through a usage-based content-ID engine that is
metered and included in your subscription, which keeps the cost predictable. Connecting an
account lets ACE verify that you control an artist's official channels, so authorized uses are
allow-listed and never flagged, and lets you authorize takedowns and Content-ID claims. In
production, Connect opens a secure platform login; in this build it records your selected sources.
